Julian Rogozinski

Julian is a real estate lawyer and partner with JMW’s real estate residential team, with 11 years’ experience in property, primarily within the property investment and development sectors. He joined JMW in 2013 and has been a key player in taking the firm’s real estate offering forwards.

Julian has particular expertise in high-value investment portfolios and mixed-use acquisitions, disposals and refinancing, and has built up a network of clients and contacts specialising within this sector over the years. He also has a wealth of experience in residential development site acquisitions, sales and promotions, working with regional and national property developers.
 
By building a wide network of property contacts in the north west and nationally, Julian has been able to facilitate valuable introductions throughout his tenure, leading to opportunities and transactional work for the real estate teams at JMW. His work with Property Room now allows him to leverage the benefits of these connections for service members.
