• If you are interested in an opportunity with Property Room, we will connect you with the company or individual who has listed the opportunity; once the introduction is made, you will be then free to explore the opportunity further.
• If a deal is done, the expert real estate solicitors at JMW will be delighted to assist in providing any legal advice you may decide to request - though there is no obligation to do so.
• You can hire JMW to progress the transaction on your side, or JMW may be appointed by the company or individual who has listed the opportunity. In other cases, JMW may not have any involvement at all beyond hosting the opportunity through Property Room.
